An event moves here as soon as it ends. It sits in a waiting room — visible here, training status live — until either you import training data for it (checked immediately) or noon the next day arrives, whichever comes first. At that point anyone still Yellow or Red gets logged to the Non-Compliance list above, and the event is fully closed out. Finalized events stay listed here for 24 hours before dropping off.
